    Hi Brian, your clarification is very useful!

    One thing that’s still not clear to me, however, is how the limit is regulated/controlled. Is it a strict limit? Or just a “strong suggestion” that non-accredited (a.k.a. non savvy) investors should not invest much? Why am I not allowed to invest all I have?

    Also, if I exceeded it by mistake, what would happen?
