Nextseed partnered with Goldstar to be able to build this type of account so there is little stopping other portals of doing the same. It makes sense to me as it appears to help individuals attain qualified purchaser status https://www.sec.gov/rules/proposed/33-8041.htm#P119_25976 and therefor are regulated a bit differently. Did you end up setting one up?
